Payment information

FragranceHouse accepts Payfast secure checkout only for online orders.

Payfast handles card, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay and supported wallet payments on its own secure page. FragranceHouse never sees or stores your payment details.

Your order is packed as soon as Payfast confirms the payment to our system.

We do not accept cash, manual bank transfers, buy-now-pay-later, or payments through any channel outside Payfast checkout. If anyone sends you other payment instructions, please contact us before paying.

Your order can show one of the following states: payment pending, payment successful, payment failed, payment cancelled, payment under review, or refund processed.

An order is only marked as paid once Payfast confirms the payment to our system. Returning to a success page on its own does not confirm payment.

All prices are shown in South African rand and are treated as VAT-inclusive where legally applicable.
