Privacy policy

When you place an order we process the details needed to fulfil it: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment details are processed by Payfast and Shopify — we never receive your full card details.

To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, send order and delivery notifications, and (with your consent) send marketing communications you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the store, including Shopify (store and checkout), Payfast (payments) and our courier partner for delivery.

Order, invoice and tax records are kept for five years as required by South African tax legislation. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain only a suppression record so we do not contact you again.

Your order and account data is stored on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and payments are processed by Payfast over encrypted connections. We do not see or store card numbers, CVV codes or banking credentials.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct or delete it, object to its processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period, and within 30 days where the law requires it.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
